Synetica supplied enLink Air LoRa wireless air quality monitors to Deloitte’s brand-new signature HQ building at One New Street Square at the heart of their central London campus and the new home for their mobile, agile and flexible workforce.
This new flagship HQ facility is a workplace that truly benefits people as well as the planet. The office scored a record 93.6%, far exceeding the ‘Outstanding’ threshold and is, at the time of certification, the highest scoring BREEAM UK Refurbishment & Fit-out 2014 project in the world and the first BREEAM Outstanding/ WELL Gold dual-certified office fit-out in the world. enLink Air units spread throughout the building have contributed vital points to assist in obtaining this prestigious level of certification. Critical air quality information is streamed via the building’s LoRaWAN wireless network so that occupants can visualise their air quality in real time, including:Temperature, Humidity, Light Level, Oxygen, Particles PM2.5 and PM10, VOC’s, Carbon Monoxide, Ozone and Air Pollutants.

Deloitte’s new HQ has attained WELL Certified Gold – a prestigious distinction awarded by the International WELL Building Institute to workplaces that enhance people’s health and wellbeing.
In achieving Gold certification, One New Street Square is now the largest WELL Certified Gold for ‘New and Existing Interiors project’ in the world. The office earned the distinction based on seven categories of building and operational performance including air, water, light, nourishment, fitness, comfort and mind.
