enLink Air Helps Achieve WELL Gold & BREEAM Outstanding: Deloitte HQ
Using Synetica's enLink Air LoRaWAN air quality monitors, Deloitte's brand-new signature HQ building at 1 New Street Square has achieved WELL Gold status as well as BREEAM Outstanding. It is the largest, dual-certified interiors project in the world demonstrating true dedication as a workplace enhancing occupants health and wellbeing.
Highest BREEAM Score Recorded in the UK: JJ Mack Building, London
Synetica's IAQ, OAQ and pre-configured LoRaWAN gateway systems were installed in conjunction with Lloret Controls, to ensure the new offices in London achieved the coveted WELL™ Platinum Standard. The project also secured 96.42 - the highest BREEAM score recorded in the UK. The JJ Mack Building epitomises sustainable workplace design, showcasing the very best of wellness and smart building features.
