Washington Mall, Bermuda 

Washington Mall is Bermuda’s largest shopping centre, located directly in the heart of the island’s capital, Hamilton. The site has over 50 retailers plus a food court and over 138,000ft² of dedicated office space.

At Washington Mall there are over 1,500 electricity and heat meters linked wirelessly to Synetica’s automatic metering system, which securely transmits real time meter data to enVision IoT platform where the data can be analysed and reports automated.

Each month, enVision crunches data on over 2 million records of data to produce detailed billing reports to give each tenant an accurate bill for their individual energy consumed
